Terms of Use

You must provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and use the storefront only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you tell us that it may be compromised.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue a feature when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product changes. We will take reasonable steps to communicate material changes.

Product pages describe the available products, prices, taxes, shipping charges, and any restrictions at the time of purchase. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation; we may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, or fraud controls identify a material risk.

Payment details are processed by our payment providers. We do not store complete payment-card numbers on INKO systems.

INKO and its logos, software, product materials, and original content are owned by INKO or its licensors. You may use them only as permitted by these terms. Do not copy, reverse engineer, misuse, or remove notices from the service.

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant INKO a limited licence to host, process, and display that content only as needed to provide the feature you requested and to keep the service safe.

Do not use the storefront to infringe another person's rights, distribute malware, interfere with service operations, evade security controls, or submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading material. We may restrict access and preserve evidence when misuse is suspected.

The storefront is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be promised. To the extent permitted by law, INKO is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
