INKO Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Evernova LLC, which operates INKO, handles information in the INKO website, mobile app, creative tools, community, printer workflow, storefront, and customer support. It also explains exactly what Google user data we receive, how we use it, and the limits on that use when you choose Google Sign-In.

Google user data and Google Sign-In

When you choose Google Sign-In, INKO accesses only the basic Google account information made available through the sign-in authorization: your name, email address, profile photo when provided, and a stable Google account identifier (the subject ID). We may also receive basic locale information when Google returns it. We never receive your Google password.

We use Google user data only to create or locate your INKO account, authenticate your session, keep the account secure, display your profile, associate your drafts and print history with your account when you request cloud features, and provide account, support, and community features that you choose to use. We do not request or access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Photos, Contacts, Calendar, or other unrelated Google services.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for targeted advertising, use it for credit or eligibility decisions, or transfer it to data brokers or information resellers. We do not use Google user data to train, improve, or develop generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models, and we do not use Google APIs to create or distribute AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery.

We may disclose the minimum Google user data necessary to service providers that host INKO, authenticate accounts, store requested cloud content, provide customer support, or protect the service from fraud and abuse. Those providers may process the data only to provide or improve the INKO user-facing features described in this policy and are required to protect it. We do not disclose Google user data for any unrelated purpose.

Google user data is protected with access controls, encryption in transit, protected credential storage, short-lived session tokens, backup safeguards, and operational monitoring appropriate to the risk. We retain it only while it is needed to operate your account, provide requested features, prevent abuse, or meet legal and accounting obligations. When the applicable retention period ends, we delete or de-identify the data, subject to limited legal, security, backup, or dispute-resolution exceptions.

You may revoke Google Sign-In access from your Google Account permissions, sign out of INKO, update your profile, or request deletion of your INKO account and associated cloud data by using account settings where available or contacting [email protected]. Revoking access does not delete data already stored in your INKO account; request account deletion if you want that data removed.

Information covered by this policy

This policy applies when you visit inkogo.com, use the INKO mobile app, create or use an INKO account, save or publish designs, connect an INKO printer, place an order, or contact us. Some editing and printing features work locally on your device and do not require an account.

When a feature is provided by another company, that company may process information under its own privacy notice. We link to those providers where they are used for payments, delivery, email, authentication, or other requested services.

Information we collect

Account information may include your name, email address, profile photo, password or authentication records, language, country, and account preferences. We never receive your Google password.

If you use Google Sign-In, Google shares the basic profile information permitted by your authorization, such as your name, email address, profile photo, and a stable Google account identifier. We use this information only to create, secure, and sign you into your INKO account. We do not request Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, calendar, or other unrelated Google data.

Creative and app information may include drafts, uploaded photos or artwork, text, saved designs, favorites, community posts, comments, print history, printer model, connection status, and support attachments. Local-only drafts remain on your device unless you sign in or explicitly use a cloud or community feature.

Commerce and support information may include shipping details, order history, payment status, messages, and information you choose to provide to support. We do not store complete payment-card numbers on INKO systems.

Technical information may include IP address, device and browser type, operating system, app version, diagnostic logs, security events, approximate location derived from an IP address, cookie identifiers, and cookie preferences. We collect this information to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure accounts, complete Google or email authentication, save and synchronize designs when requested, operate printer and app features, process orders and payments, deliver products, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, moderate community content, and maintain reliable systems.

We use Google user data only for the user-facing features described above. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence models. INKO does not use Google user data to create or distribute AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery.

We send marketing messages only where you have given the required consent. Transactional messages, such as verification codes, security notices, order updates, and account messages, are sent when necessary to provide the service and are not marketing messages.

Sharing and service providers

We share the minimum information necessary with providers that host the service and storage, authenticate accounts, process payments, deliver orders, send transactional or consented marketing email, provide customer support, and help us detect abuse or security incidents. These providers may process information only to perform services for INKO and must protect it under their agreements with us.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, to respond to a valid legal request, or as part of a corporate transaction with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information or Google user data.

Cookies and similar technologies

Necessary cookies support login, account sessions, cart, security, and checkout. Optional analytics cookies are not enabled by the current storefront. The app may store local drafts, preferences, and authentication tokens on your device so that local creation and printing can work.

You can review cookie choices using the Cookie settings link in the website footer. Blocking necessary cookies or clearing local app storage can prevent login, checkout, synchronization, or local drafts from working.

Retention, deletion, and security

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including account operation, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, warranty, and dispute-resolution requirements. Drafts and published content are retained according to the feature you use and your account settings.

You can request account deletion and deletion of associated cloud data from the account settings where available or by emailing [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons; we will delete or de-identify them when those requirements end.

We apply access controls, encryption in transit, protected credential storage, short-lived authentication tokens, backup safeguards, and operational monitoring appropriate to the risk. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal information, and to object to certain processing. We will verify requests before acting and respond within the time required by applicable law.

You can update account details, withdraw marketing consent, unsubscribe from marketing messages, manage saved content, and request a copy or deletion of your data. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop necessary transactional or security messages.

International transfers and children

INKO and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, technical, and legal safeguards for international transfers.

INKO is not directed to children under the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without the required consent. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact [email protected].
